The complexity of the die-casting structure is mainly used for molds that require relatively large heat dissipation.
In terms of the cooling method on the gas mold temperature machine, it is actually to prevent the phenomenon of condensation on the surface of the cavity. For the temperature of the cooling water, it should be directly above the room temperature. In fact, the cooling on the gas mold temperature machine can actually adopt the method of air cooling, and the cooling temperature of the air cooling is actually directly less than the method of water cooling.
